Adani Green Energy has cemented its position as India’s largest Solar Energy IPP in the last 3 years. With 788 MW in operation and 1330 MW under construction, Adani requires an army of skilled engineering and project manager to bring its solar energy ambitions to life. Gensol was appointed by Adani to act as its construction team at sites starting from Store Manager upto Construction Manager. 65 Engineers from Gensol man 100 MW of Adani Solar Projects across 5 sites in Karnataka alone.

Detailed Description

Adani Green Energy Ltd. builds, owns and operates power plants powered by renewable sources of energy like solar and wind and in a short span of time, AGEL has become India’s largest solar generation company. It developed, constructed and now operates 648 MW project which was world’s largest fully-operational single-location solar power plant at Kamuthi in Tamil Nadu, India.

With towering ambitions in Solar and fast expanding portfolio of projects - 1330 MW under construction - Adani sought out dependable project management firm who would take turnkey responsibility for managing all operations of a site. Starting with 5 sites in Karnataka, 65 Engineers & Managers are engaged across 100 MW of projects.

At each site, Gensol has deployed Construction Manager, Electrical and Civil Execution Engineers & Supervisors, Electrical & Civil Quality Engineers, Environment Health and Safety Engineer and Store Manager. Fast deployment time along with Gensol’s hands on management approach has made Adani trust Gensol with more sites and work.

In addition to Project Management, Gensol today is engaged by Adani Green Energy in Engineering and ensuring adherence to Quality and Timeline at Vendors’ factories.
